At Dash Racing, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on apparel items under the following conditions:

Item is returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Item has original tags attached

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale)

Custom or personalised items (e.g., branded/printed to order)

Items returned after the 14-day window
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right at no cost to you:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

Include a photo of the fault or incorrect item

We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at dashsimsandevents@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
Ship the item back to the address provided (return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty)
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the funds to appear.
